Our Foundations
From the extensive experience of both Adam and Dimitri, each stage of portfolio delivery is driven across their qualified areas of expertise covering the full sphere of land, investment, finance, construction and build processes, through to completion and sales.
Both Adam and Dimitri proudly carry this through the teachings instilled in them and dedicate this to their application, passion, and acumen across the entire breadth of high-end luxury real estate development. Forming a working partnership which started at Wembley Stadium in 2015, they both have delivered some of the most prestigious residential real estate development projects across London and the United Kingdom and hold a combined 30 years of experience between them both in the sector.

Director
Adam has generated a wealth of expertise and experience within real estate and construction and holds a professional background spanning nearly 20 years across the sector. He holds status as a Member of the Institute of Directors, as well as a Chartered Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.
Having previously managed an extensive portfolio of high end residential and investment projects in the city of London and across the United Kingdom, Adam carries with him a level of expertise obtained as a Director from his past corporate inner-city business achievements and delivery credentials. Application of Adams high level strategic directive has spanned across all sectors of the industry targeted to development, contracting and consultancy.
Adam has built a strong resume instilled from the leadership he has delivered throughout his career and has applied his expertise as a Director, Specialist Consultant and Non-Executive Director consistently and successfully.
With Adam’s professional standing in the industry, he believes it is extremely important to deliver on integrity, and takes pride in strong practice, ethics, and values in his approach to operation. This is continuously shown from the introduction and journey of each investment partner, all the way through the project build process from land conception to the end customer.
Dimitri Londos BA (HONS)

A corporate finance and real estate specialist with more than 10 years of extensive experience credited with diverse areas of finance and accounting across the UK & Europe. Dimitri is a result driven professional and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Dimitri has built up a decade of combined investment expertise, becoming the first choice to institutions, family offices, HNWI and real estate corporate investors in achieving their goals. Dimitris’ ability to combine real estate advice with expert business planning and financial modelling allows him to support clients with a commercial, sophisticated, and value-adding service.
Working across all real estate and construction sectors, delivering integrated structuring, financing and transactional services to investors, developers, operators, and lenders, his expertise is reinforced by a strong network. His extensive network of capital market specialists, accountants, valuers, and development surveyors based throughout the UK & EMEA enables him to offer bespoke real asset investment opportunities founded on independent advice.
